Today and now, you can make positive changes to improve your health and wellbeing. You can become healthier, fitter, and happier. You may have tried to become healthier or lose weight in the past but have been unsuccessful, so you're looking for something a little different.
From personal experience I found most programs were too general, or were trying to sell you a product that promised so much, but failed to deliver. There are no gimmicks here, it will take commitment, consistency, and work. If you are smart about the changes you make to your lifestyle it is not as hard as you think.
I identified that there were 3 key things these general products missed.
1: Individuality. The changes you want to make to your lifestyle are as individual as you – we all have different starting positions and have different schedules. With the support and activities, we have in our program, you will be empowered to design your own healthier lifestyle that fits in with your schedule, which will help you to be consistent.
2: Your mindset and planning play a huge part in your health journey and its success. When you made a mistake or made a bad choice, did you give up and even sabotage your own efforts? Did you really think about your goals and what was motivating you to make positive changes? Consistently making better choices is the key to success and a healthier you. Consistency is driven by your mindset. We work on your mindset with a module on Goals, Motivation and what to do when you're demotivated.
3: Knowledge. They say knowledge is power and they're right. Other programs do not really explain how certain changes cause positive effects on your health. So, if you stick with a program for 90 days what do you do when you finish? Or how can you adapt and change your exercise routine to keep it fresh and interesting. At The Health Phoenix we explain how better choices affect your body making you healthier. We explain a little of the science and think we have the right balance of being informative without making it too complicated.
We wanted to create a product that took care of those things missing elements. Better health in 7 steps is a set of eBooks that help you to improve your health and well being. Each module is a key area for making positive lifestyle changes. In each eBook we explain the theory and science in easy relevant terms, which will help you decide what changes you want to make and how to make those changes fit in with your schedule. Also making use of any tools or equipment you have access to. However, if you do not have access to any tools or equipment and financially are unable to buy additional items it doesn’t matter, you can get healthier on any budget.
