Each eBook outlines how your health is affected and changes you can make to improve your health. There are activities and worksheets included on some of the eBooks, these activities help you plan your healthier lifestyle and the changes that you implement. Some of the activities include printable worksheets so you can complete them and refer to them later.
This means making positive changes that are personal to you, so you are in control and your goals are achievable and sustainable.
You can choose to make changes in stages, or change certain areas of your life and fit this in with your current routine.
The eBooks can be read in any order or treated as stand alone items, but they compliment each other.
How do I receive the program?
On payment you will be get the 8 eBooks to work through and start implementing the changes that will help to improve your health
Is the program beginner friendly?
This is a coaching program that gives you the tools to improve your health. You make changes to your lifestyle that fit in with you. You set your own goals, so you go at your pace. So, it is suitable for beginners, but you should always consult a doctor before making any major changes to your lifestyle including diet or exercise routine.
Do I need equipment?
There is no need for you to buy additional equipment or tools. However, you may choose to purchase items depending on the changes you wish to implement and methods you want to use.
I am not from the UK can I join?
Yes, you can the theory and science is the same. However, this program is only available in English. Some of the terminology will differ due to regional variations in language.
